Sweet & Sour Meatballs
- 1¼ lb (500g) ground beef
- ½ cup bread crumbs or quick oats
- ½ cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp flour
- ½ cup vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
In a medium sized bowl mix ground beef, bread crumbs, water, salt, and pepper. Form into 24 meatballs.
In saucepan, mix together brown sugar and flour. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Pour over meatballs in roasting pan.
Cover. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
