Sugar Cookies
- 1 cup margarine
- 14 Tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
Cream margarine, add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
Bake at 350F for approximately 7 minutes.
