Stuffing

  • 4 cups (dried) bread crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1½ teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons chopped onion
  • ¼ cup water

Melt butter over stove, adding salt, seasoning, pepper, onion and water. When thick, pour over bread crumbs. Mix and stuff.
