Puffed Wheat Squares
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2/3 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tbls. cocoar
- 1 tbls. vanilla
- 8 cups puffed wheat
Combine the first six ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Without stirring, let boil for about three minutes (or until it passes the cold water stick trick).
Pour boiled ingredients over puffed wheat. Stir to combine. Spread into greased 8x10 pan.
