Caesar Salad
Dressing
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 large egg (or 2 smaller)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- dash pepper
- 1 cup olive oil
Salad
- large head romaine lettuce
- croutons
- parmesan cheese
- bacon bits
Dressing: Put first five ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Slowly add oil while continuing to blend. Chill 2 hours.
Salad: Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces in salad bowl. Add croutons, bacon, cheese and dressing. Toss to coat.
